Taking cues from its sister restaurant, 10 Degrees South, Yebo specializes in South African Tapas,and is a unique offering to Phipps Plaza and the Buckhead area. Would have liked our waitress to check on us after we paid as we were still drinking our beverages - but otherwise - the food was great. We sampled a lot and enjoyed every bite.
There were 3 of us. We shared several small plates and "Bunny Chow". NONE of them disapoint! We enjoyed everything - Bobotie was probably my favorite. Oh and the Lamb Lollipops and I don't even care for lamb much. We also had the Seafood Chow and the Fried Chicken which were both delicious. There wasn't anything S. Very disturbed to see a guest in the restaurant (friend of someone that apparently worked there) with a small dog and saw the waitress petting the dog. Didn't see her wash her hands. She was just visiting, but shouldn't have been allowed in the restaurant with the dog, which was not a service dog.
My bestie and I tried this place on 12/11/15. The ambiance is great, the food delish and the service was good. We enjoyed our meal and definitely rate it in the top 20.
