I would first point out that travertine has several different grades (qualities) and Yates Flooring will match any Dallas price if it is for the same quality of product. As far as Yates sales professionals being rude or dishonest, that just is not the case. You do not survive for 35 years in this business climate without being honest, dependable and service oriented. Yates has the most unbelievable selection of high end products I have ever seen. Hands down it is is the best place we have done business with including the Dallas and Austin area.
