I was sooo excited to go here. There's almost always a wait, and during the pandemic, fuhgettaboutit! When there's a big game, too, there's a very long wait to be seated. So we finally went and waited and were seated, and... meh. The service is...very stiff. Not friendly, not unfriendly, just... there. The Nashville Chicken was pretty good. I like the sauce. This was my first time at a Yard House and I loved it! It has a diverse and high end pub menu without a high end price. There were four of us in my party and we all enjoyed our meal. The menu of draft...beers was the best I’ve ever seen, but this is where my only negative comment comes in. They charged $9.90 for a pint of an IPA. I would have given this a 5 rating but the service was horrible. Our waitress Jaycee was super friendly. She was going on break and her cover was Mimi. She was an absolute nightmare. She rolled her eyes at us when we asked for water...refills or ordered anything else. She gave us attitude from the start. We reported it to the manager and he took stuff off our bill.

Went to The Yard House with local friends and sat in a booth, which was comfortable. But the place was very LOUD!! I had a hard time hearing the conversation, and my voice was wearing out from talking so loudly to be heard. I really...would not go back again based on that alone.
