I contracted with this fellow. I had to help him write the contract (wrong words, misspellings, poor punctuation, incorrect job scope, etc.||[]||[]After contracting, he delayed the start of the job by multiple weeks, claiming he was at a funeral (out of state) and had othe jobs to do.||[]||[]The job was to:||[]Reset some railroad ties - he did; GOOD JOB.||[]||[]Clean & adjust sprinkler nozzles...
