This was a place we didn’t even know existed until our most recent trip to Bend and one of our servers said we had to go. Fast forward 2 weeks and we were making our way to the airport via I-205 trying to find a place to stop, and this place was the perfect place to stop. We were not only greeted by cheerful people, but also a large sign that showed the special of the day as Butternut Squash...

I called in advance to make a reservation for our daughter's 30th birthday. They do not take reservations. My husband & I drove over 350 miles to surprise our daughter and arrived early to be sure we would get a table. We told the manger we were celebrating a special birthday, there would be 6 adults and two little ones...
Ya Hala has been one of my favorite Restaurants in Portland, Oregon for years.
They are always consistent and have the best Hummus , Baba Ganoush, Lamb, Baklava,
and various other combination meals and food to enjoy.
The staff is helpful and the food , the very best meal ever..
You'll want to return the next day, or at lease...
We went here for a family dinner. We got three cold plates and 2 hot plates plus one entry to share among 4 adults and 2 children. Plenty of food for all. The lamb shank entry was delicious. Tender and falling off the bone. The pitas are plentiful, warm and keep coming if you wish and we did in order...
