I got a full set for the first time yesterday. Love the results! Kat was so kind as I have a lot of trouble laying on my back, and she was so very sweet allowing me to move and stretch frequently. She was also very helpful in teaching me how to take care of the lashes.

Wasn't satisfied at all! Receptionist was very rude when I asked if I may get my eyebrows waxed or if I had to make an appointment first.
