so I walk into Xpedx and my first unprofessional experience was a cashier complaining loudly about how she hates the phones. I need to shop at Xpedx about once a month for my work and I have finally come to conclusion that the horrid customer service outweighs the wonderful products at great costs. I had to learn to give myself at least 30-45 minutes when I go there, even if I'm just grabbing one item. It is a disorganized mess and the people working there are rude and ridiculously inept.
