I received the worst burger I ever laid eyes on, no salad leaves, no tomato, no dressing -another good thing about this burger - and the meat was half cooked and the texture was somewhere between cardboard and a wet lukewarm sponge. This is quite possibly one of the worst bars in the northside. Xippo belongs on Division St., not a nice residential area. The owners have no regard for the neighborhood and the street is littered with cigarettes every Sunday morning. I would give my business somewhere else. Also, the food is awful.
Other than the bartenders being snippy...they have great food and great drinks! its a nice place to hang out for a midweek drinky drink! Nice low key tempo and they will also play your music if you ask them too!
While it may be out of the way for some people, Xippo is definitely a place worth checking out on the North Side. I went there on a thursday nite recently and was pleasently surprised. They have these two DJ's Denial And Scrow, newbies to the game, that were phenomenal!
