While catering to a fancy high end clientele, Xiao fails to deliver on taste. And texture which is so important to the Chinese meal. I've gone here a number of times for business and found nothing memorable or worth recommending.

I'd been here a couple times a couple years ago and it was great. But, recently I went again, and it was terrible. One of the few times I've ever sent a dish back at a restaurant.
Service was excruciatingly slow, despite the restaurant being only half full. It was one misstep after another. My partner and I were very unhappy afterwards. This restaurant no longer lives up to the awards that adorn its walls. Boo hiss.
