Dr. Heras is one of the best doctors that I have had. She takes the time needed to solve the root of the problem. She changed me and my family's lives by suggesting we change our diet, and said that if that didn't work then surgery would be our best option. My child was not an easy patient. We saw Dr. Heras for ears that had wax build up and caused her pain. She kicked and screamed as Dr. Heras and her assisting staff tended to my little girl. Dr. Heras diagnosed my family member with mild acid reflux. I found this odd after he reported years of severe choking episodes.
