I have been living at Wynthrope for 2 years now and so far so good. I have only had minor issues and they were completed in a timely manner. I moved into a 3 bedroom about 4 weeks ago they had an awesome special going and Neil is def a sweetheart. The parking is great well lite, very nice people that live here and from alot of the apartments I seen in the marietta and smryna area very nicely priced and very clean. Very quiet and the kids here are respectful. Overall if you are looking for a place to stay and a very good location...

I lived at Wynthrope Forest for six months and I really enjoyed my stay. It was very quite and peaceful from the park I was stay, so I believe that I did get my money's worth. The staff is very sweet and I would recommend these apartments to anyone who.
