I noticed the shower was not cleaned well nor did I have any bath towels to take a shower and had to call the front desk.

lh family and I loved this hotel, it's within walking distance to the river walk. The breakfast was very good better than some other more expensive hotels. The pool is outside on the third floor in the middle of other tall buildings. Customer service was also outstanding. We will definately stay here again.
