If there was a rating for negative stars I would give it. This place is so ineffective at maintenance and manager correspondence it sucks the energy out of you. The manager is "on the property" but will never answer phone calls or emails it come out of her office. They refused to let us see our "remodeled apartment" before we could get the keys.
