Rude office manager! Takes your kids off the schedule if they cannot confirm it even if it is their fault for making a typo in your phone number. They are insincerely apologetic only focusing on telling you how highly specialized they are and bragging about how patients wait months to get in (more like hours to be seen). I emailed my concerns about that and I was told that my child is declined...

The dentist is nice but the office staff is horrible. They actually post a sign at the desk saying they are incompetent to make schedules and blame the children for the horrible wait you endure.

The dentist and staff are great! They take their time with the children to ensure the kids teeth are healthy. The environment is kid friendly; IPads, video games, and a coloring station for the kids while they wait. Each station has a flat screen tv for the kids to occupy their minds. Last but not least, they provide coffee, tea, and water for the parents. #Theyrock

Today's appointment was our last. Wait time for an appointment is typically a month+. On at least 3 occasions in the last couple years a scheduled appt was moved out another week or two due to Drs. scheduling/unavailability. Showed up this a.m. for an 8:30 only to find they'd canceled it b/c a confirmation phone call was supposedly not returned. What!?! We took off work, kept the child out of school. The appt was reset.....for a month from now! I commend the community service in treating Medicaid patients but what happened to the old penalty of just charging if someone missed? This...

1st thought = Scared, FINAL THOUGHT = Very Pleased – When I first researched Wylie Childrens Dentistry, I read a review that scared me. It said that the dentists were very rough and the staff was very rude. I want to say first off, DONT BELIEVE WHAT YOU HEAR. This dentist team is Awesome. My daughter had a great time. The hygienists was very easy with my daughter and she explained everything to me very well. I was very pleased with my expierence at Wylie Childrens Dentistry, and will return my business asap. GREAT JOB WYLIE TEAM!!!! KEEP UP THE GREAT HOSPITALITY!!!
