Became a new customer of Wuich last month based on a neighbor's referral. Spent over $1900 the last two months with the company. Very pleased with the politeness and professionalism of all employees, until I was charged twice as much for my furnace cleaning than I expected. Had to speak with Patti regarding this matter, and was treated with hostility and rudeness. Was told I ""was not a good customer"" because I have not had Wuich over repeatedly for service, even though I had just spent nearly two thousnd dollars with them last month, as a brand new customer.
