They do not know how to run a restaurant! Food is cold and takes forever, bunch of kids cleaning tables, obviously they don't know what the word ""Fine Dining"" is, just seemed very unorganized and not what you would expect when going to such a ""Grand"" place in one of the best locations in Phoenix. They need to get better Management or figure something else out. I thought the owner ""Hormel"" would of had a world class facility, but I guess I was wrong.

I hosted a Christmas luncheon at the WMC last year. It event was fabulous! The food and service were perfect and the staff was very attentive to our needs every step from planning to party! The view is gorgeous. I recommend a late evening event so you can watch the sun set!
The mansion is a private club (due to zoning laws) with a $10 membership fee that goes to local charities.
