Minus 3 stars. we just got a letter saying our rent is going up for maint. etc... the lawn here hasn t been mowed for a month, looking very ghetto.

DO NOT rent from these people!! Worst management ever!! They never return calls or answer their phones! We moved in a year ago and we still have stuff broken and when they come finally fix something, they will charge you for it and if you don't pay it they will give you an eviction notice. I have 2 small children and now our water heater is broken! Also when the manager came over to fix...

AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!! I rented from Wright Weber and they are awful. My landlords were useless (never returned phone calls), Edna is awful and never returned my phone calls and the owners never returned my phone calls. I had so many problems with my apartment in the 12months I lived there and had to call for 3 weeks straight before anything gots fixed. I would not rent from them ever...

NEVER EVER RENT FROM WRIGHT WEBER MANAGEMENT!!
I rented from them for 4 years and when I moved out, I had all these outrageous charges that I ADDRESSED b4 I moved in!
I have a voicemail (from March 12th, 2013) saying that I was correct and that I would not have to pay the charges.
Today I get a call from collections saying I owe them! And I have to refute the charge by writing a letter...

Wright Weber Management is the WORST management company I have ever been in contact with. I have had a mold issue in my apartment since October of 2012 and now they are blaming myself and my boyfriend for using the shower and the stovetop. They are absolutely rude and very unhelpful.
