Old, crowded, too hot, very moist and smelly gym. On top of that there are few individual who keep dropping weights desp...ite all signs everywhere. Poor management and customer services without enforcing simple rules.

I wanted a gym that wasn't expensive, so I wouldn't feel bad about using it less during the warmer months. Now, I still ...go there frequently--just for the group classes! WOW is $20 a month with an unlimited amount of intense group classes, and really talented instructors. I don't think you can do much better than that anywhere around here. See More

The gym was great.. They just made some changes and they decided to move all the free weight area.. Honestly it looks li...ke you're working out in a cave.. So depressing, no natural light like it had where it was before the changes.. No space to make exercises with the dumbbells where you need space.. Looks like the room it's eating you.. Wow! Work Out World is a fitness center and gym offering many machines and therefore almost no lines. The setting is friendly and casual. More than 40 group classes are offered each week. Personal training is offered through Professional Fitness, a separate business that works within Wow! Work Out World. Babysitting is also available; check with the front desk for the schedule.
