We have stayed here 4 times, twice now with encountering maintenance issues now. This go round we killed several spiders in our unit and we did not have any water pressure in our second bathroom leaving 5 of us to shower in the master bedroom and that showers water pressure kept going up and down. Lastly we did not have enough hot water for even the first person to get done showering making it...

Spacious Condo. My husband and I were travelling with my brother, so the 2 bedroom 2 bath condo was a perfect solution for our lodging at a very reasonable rate. The unit was more spacious that I had expected and we had terraces on both the front and the rear of the unit, with a gas bbq grill that we didn't use, but would in any future stay. Overgaard has few lodging options outside of renting...

The hotel is a wild west replica with saloon, small shops and boardwalks. It is very colourful and everbody, staff and shop owners, very friendly and helpful. The weather was very good, hot with clear blue sky by day but frost overnight due to the elevation, about 7,500 feet, and clear sky. Unfortunately the pool was closed for maintenance, which has to be done before the winter months, but...
