I went to them about 6 years ago to get my computer repaired and was charged over $200 dollars for nothing. They said it was my mother board and replaced that and it never worked right again. Some of my programs were missing and I finally took it back and told them they needed to make it right. They said there was nothing else they could do. My daughter and her husband went there about seven months ago (I wish they had told me where they were going) to get a computer. They talked them into a refurbished computer for over $300. The computer just quit working and my daughter called about it. They want to charge her $40 just for looking at it. What ever happened to standing behind a product. They said it only had a six month warranty. These jerks need to go out of business. I can't believe they are still operating their shady business. (Edited June 23, 2015)

When our laptop stopped working we visited a few places to get quotes. We decided on World of CD-ROM as they were very straight forward. We dropped it off Monday morning. When they had learned what was wrong with the laptop, they took the time to learn about our needs and gave us a few options to choose from. We decided to go with a new desktop system instead of another laptop and it really is a better fit. We picked it up last night after work and we are very pleased. They saved all of our files and programs and now they are on the desktop. We really appreciate the time they took and how quickly our issue was resolved. We highly recommend this shop.
Thanks for helping us put together such a great present for mom and dad! We really appreciate the time you guys put into helping us find a new computer that was just right for bringing them into the 21st century without being overwhelming or costing an arm and a leg. Look forward to working with you guys again in the near future when our son heads to high school next fall.
I would recommend you run as far from this business as you can. $300 for a computer and it dies 7 months later and they want to charge $40 just to look at it. Poor quality and poor customer service.

Horribly disappointing experience. Was charged a $40 diagnostic fee to tell me the outer hinge was broken and wasn't worth the cost to repair even after I declined a diagnostic test. Kept my laptop for nearly a month with no communication. Will NEVER return or recommend this place.
