i was one day late and they called me aggravating me about a payment.Please avoid them because they are a headache
The customer service is horrible, they treat you professionally and nice as long as you are requesting a loan or it is to their benefit, but once you become a customer, you can barley get anyone on the phone to assist you or a pay off balance amount....Will not ever get a loan there again!!!!
I have a loan with world finance I pay them every month, once a month. Each week I get a call from them asking me to come in and sign a renewal form. I I sign the renewal form, they will give me 30 something dollars and my loan will be current. However, the loan will go back up to its original amount. $1000.00, it is now $600.00. Am I stupid or are they stupid. I told them that no matter what each month they will get a payment. Now they are determined to "make me come into the office" and talk. What is there left to talk about, I cannot and will not sign anything to make 6 mths turn into another 9 months of misery. It is easy to get money, but the will harass you constantly..to be on time with your loan..My credit is already bad, so this is not going to make it worse. Stay away from them.
