Bad service

The bartender made us horrible margaritas when she finally got to us because she had something way more important to do via her texting. She then seemed upset that we actually wanted food in addition to her shitty drinks. Also a mistake, she didn't even cool my minuscule piece of chicken all the way through. I don't enjoy food poisoning. Avoid this shithole!

Lovely neighborhood bar

Strong drinks, good barbeque, and the lady who runs the joint is a total sweetheart. Love to sit outside with a drink and people watch.

Good pulled pork sandwiches. Inexpensive too. Do I need to say anything else...it's pulled pork. The sauce is delicious.

You know how in tough towns they do that thing where everyone leaves their guns at the door to keep from gettin' all drunk and shooty? Portland is not a tough town--we are apparently so reliably mellow that The Workshop sees fit to put a vase full of actual hammers on the bar. And a chainsaw above the door for when shit gets real.
