Don't live in this apartment if you have a pet or if you weren't going to live here longer than 2 years. Why? $600 pet deposit that you'll never get back. $300 of that deposit is non-refundable (for what?) and the other $300 is what they'll charge you for whatever they want to just so they won't have to pay you a penny by the time you decide to no longer live here. Aside from the $600 pet deposit, there are other fees like security deposit, move-in fee, etc. that you'll never be refunded either. Pet rent is $35/month.

The floor plan is awful. The apartments are spacious but those spaces...
