I have lived here for well over a year now, and so far I really like it. There is an awesome view of the valley, it's quiet, and the apartments are large for the price you pay.
1. Parking- Each apartment has one assigned parking spot. There are hardly any visitors parking spots. I'd say maybe one visitor spot for every 10-15 apartment spots. So people will tend to not visit you. Also, with the lack of parking, sometimes you will find someone else has parked in your spot. The office folks are great, and the maintenance man is a sweetie. This place isn't luxurious, but it is clean and safe. Not bad for $570 a month for a large 1 bedroom - an amazing price in Seattle!!! Look... its like this: this place blows! management don't help you for ch!t. maintenance dont speak english. parking sucks fat chunks. theres like 3 families living in single bedroom apartments and keep you up all night! people vandalize your car! and they threaten to evict you for no phuxing reason! PHUX THESE PEOPLE!
Lived at Woodridge for over a year. Never had any problems. Whenever I requested anything I was always dealt with very quickly, in a professional manner. Great place for anyone needing an affordable, decent place to live.
