I thought I was entering into a partnership with this Dr. & her staff. Boy was I wrong! Dr. K didn't listen to a word I said, which became apparent when I picked up the medicine she prescribed (I'm out $90, after insurance!). \r

Her staff was unprofessional and didn't follow what is considered protocol in any physician's office I've ever used...a staff member left me a confusing message...

I have been seeing Dr Wiseman for 10 years since I first started seeing a gynocologist. They have always been so helpful and understanding. I've been to all 3 offices and have seen a couple other of the doctors and APRNs there. All of them were very gentle and took time to explain anything I might not understand. I usually don't have any problems making emergency appointments. The only problem...

Couldn't care less

I'm totally disappointed with the ""couldn't care less"" attitude of the group. This is my second pregnancy & I called when I was 6 wks pregnant and got an appointment at 10 wks. My friends told me that if you don't tell them you are pregnant you'd get an appointment sooner!\r

I preferred the Avon location but was given the Hartford location as the appointment was earlier than the one...
