I will just start off and tell you that you will have people come here and tell you that you are 100% right and the bank totally took advantage of you.  They will throw out a bunch of things on how banks are changing.  The problem is that no matter how many regulations are changed, how many procedures are put into place.  If you refuse to manage your account, you will have issues.  They may...
