Neither my wife nor I are very great with cameras. Wolf camera has been more than helpful, and very nice. Somehow we erased very important pictures off our camera. They were able to recover every single picture off the memory card for us. I'm sure other places may be able to do the same, but we trust crystal lake wolf camera.

rip offs! sell you items that you don't need. DON'T enter the store if you don't know what you're looking for. They got me twice, second time purchased $100 worth of stuff for my camera they SWEAR are needed, haven't used a single item year!
