Wisenbaker installed sinks and counters and tile in our Newmark home. One of the sinks fell out of the counter (epoxy failed). Newmark filed a quick warranty claim and a rep from Wisenbaker called and specifically told me he was setting up TWO crews to come by to fix our warranty items (some of their floor tile cracked... badly in a bathroom).
