This is a visually stunning building that was designed as a place for the people of Wisconsin to peaceably assemble and consult for the common good. It has always been a place that not only allowed free speech, but encourage it. Until 2011, that is.
It is a beautiful building which has been infested, in recent years, by a particularly ugly and harmful species of louse known as the WiGOTP.
