I purchased an Iphone from a different store and I wanted to get an accessory. I asked if they would transfer the contacts. They said NO...and it would 10 dollars. I said No Problem. I'll go to a different store get ALL the accessories and get the contacts transfered.

great place always helpul staff you dont feel pressured to get a phone would never ever think of going anywhere else a great comfort factor in going to see rich and his staff at wireless zone rowley i send all my staff there and all my friends and customers

It really should be rated "0" but there was no place for that. I just purchased a samsung phone from wireless zone (which I thought was a true verizon store and found out they are 3rd parties) they would not return the phone because even though I brought it back within the 15 days they told me I went over the 300 minutes with my calling. Now I'm stuck with a phone that has poor speakerphone...
