Very elegant ambience in a secure building, with a great heated pool. However, it seems in contrast to where I chose to live in a couple ways: At the Winthrop, you get huge kitchens and bathrooms, but small-to-non existent living areas. It's definitely a nice property and nice apartments. My only complaint is the "free month" of rent they offer on their website. Good luck actually ever getting it. It's such a bait and switch. I've had four different employees tell me four different ways to get it. They just keep changing the stipulations so they can keep enticing people with it but then not actually give it out.

The employees here are so friendly and helpful. I really can't say enough good things about them. The amenities are nice and well maintained. Also, the community is really friendly and welcoming. The Winthrop far exceeded my initial expectations.
