If there are any reviews about Winter Haven (now called UNIVERSITY TOWERS) that are good than I guarantee it was the University Towers that put it up here themselves not anyone that has lived there. Do not live in the apartment complex. It will be the worst decision of your life. The apt's are nice and big but the management is a nightmare. Don't listen to them lie when they give you a tour and tell you that the management has changed because they just put a new inexperienced person in the office who treats everyone who lives there like crap or even just make up the fact...

The management are probably the most dishonest, shady, incomplete, stupid, and most of all disrespectful. They are dishonest

Only get an apartment here if you like management coming into your apartment at random times, dumping out your stuff, and shifting things around. Getting anything fixed will take you most of a semester, and even then they probably won't do it right. They'll fail you on inspections but won't tell you why. Don't even TRY to get help from management. Just do yourself a favor. STAY AWAY.
