The building is over 18 years old with old fixtures and wear and tear on the outside and inside. The rents are being raised to $1390 (800 square feet). There are lots of other apartments on the island in much better shape for much less. PS. Dinner is provided but is "one color" and a set menu.

The dinners served M-F are very good and help create the nice community at the Manor. Best place to live on the island, affordable, clean and plenty big.

The building is built badly and one can hear everything your neighbor is saying and doing. This leads to little privacy. Great Location! Very quiet neighborhood while living just blocks from the grocery, post office, movies and lots more. Nice neighbors and good views of Eagle Harbor.
