My room-mate and I have lived here for almost 2 years. We don't know why we signed our second term!! We have had problems such as: Peeping Tom's, drug deals in our vestibule (door way entry), loud neighbors, vandalism to our house and vehicles, dirty looks and swearing from our neighbors and even Rental Office issues. We have complained about all of these items and NOTHING was done about them....
