I called this location (Bethlehem on 191) around 7:15pm to ask if they carried a certain brand of wine - and before I could get all of my words out the guy rudely cut me off and said "we're closed, we're closed!" I just wanted to know for future reference. Why answer the phone then if you're closed? At least answer the question... dang! Ugh. Moving on to another store...

Last week I had one of the most terrible experiences I have ever had at a shopping location at the Wine & Spirits store in the WestGate Mall in Bethlehem, PA. I spoke to one of the managers on the phone about having wine tasting party, he was very helpful and told me to stop in that day and speak with him.
