There are no redeeming qualities to this motel...bulldoze it !!!\n\nfront office smelled like a swamp, electrical violations in the room, no mattress pad or protector, 2 windows had broken locks, missing security chain on door, bathroom had an old accumulation of dust and grime, the list goes on...

The price was nice\n\nIt was dirty and run down it said no smoking room but smelled of smoke as soon as I opened the door.

It was next to a beautiful park on the Hudson River.\n\nA towel and floor mat were wet and dirty looking. The carpet was gross - melted spot and a very large stain. The shower dripped so much I had to put a towel under it as it was so noisy.
