There is nothing better around here. Its like a place you own more than just an apartment complex. Huge, spacious, tall trees in the middle with a park, feel like living in peace in the woods. It is rent controlled, fair rents

Very quiet, private and safe neighborhood
Close to shopping
Office staff is excellent !
Maintenance is always prompt and friendly.
Spacious apt and very clean/ well kept.
Great amenities such as w/d in unit, d/w pool.
They have a monthly special for rent discounts!

Very nice area , not like tipical apartment has looks like town house.Living here since 3 years. Needs to move because of job.
Very nice area. Apartment are little old ,means equipments like refrigerator and all but over all very nice place.
