I had to relocate out of state and had to get out of my lease. The breaking of lease would have been pricey. Therefore, I was trying to find someone to sublet. The apartment staff was very helpful in getting this process done. I was able to sign over the lease and I was not even in the state.

Generally a decent place to live. Majority of neighboors are nice, indoor pool, reasonable rents, and walking distance to the train station. Property manager is rude and doesn't care, though rest of office is nice. Maintence staff is poorly trained and maintence manager is rude and also doesn't care. We had a carbon monoxide leak, maintence came and said everything was fine. Luckily we didn't...
