We had part of our windows replaced a couple years ago and today they are installing windows in the rest of our house. Love the new windows but I really want to praise the installers. These guys are professional, polite and courteous not just to me the home owner but to each other. I would recommend Window World to anyone who needs their services.

Good service and great price, lifetime warranty and transferable to new homeowner. One of the windows had a small paint on it and they replace it free (it was the biggest window we have and they let us keep the replaced window...just in case), then one the screens came off I went to their office to get it fixed …

It took 3 weeks for them to get back to me to tell me they are "declining from bidding". Not sure how you can run a business like that and survive...
