We had a horrible experience with Window World. they promised us perfect windows, great service etc Dex Knows

They ordered the wrong size sliders and tried to put them in! so glad I was home! made them take them out but then they boarded up my slider with boards for 2 weeks! The other 2 windows that they put in look HORRIBLE. they're undersized with huge trim strips around them. They put white caulk on our RED brick. They put a dent in my siding that i didn't even notice until months later. We...
