These windows are the least expensive I could find in Houston. However, be forewarned, the price is misleading. The $189 installed is not really accurate, as there is a $45 charge for energy...

I called today and the rate is a little misleading...it's actually $189 for the window and a mandatory $100 "Administrative" fee.

The lady who answered was nice and helpful. I need my bedroom window replaced asap so and I placed an order.

one year later i havent received my warranty..they got my order wrong.. the 189.00 per window is a lie..customer service is very poor.
