They installed valances with too small of brackets. Valences have been falling off. One hit someone. Have been waiting 3 weeks for them to repair. Stood us up and now I have to chase them. Would NOT recommend based on service.

Being a Interior Designer in the northshore for over 20 years I have never had a supplier as reliable as Window Tech. I love them and all my clients love them. With their knowledge of all the products I have never had 1 problem.

I've gone there a couple of times for repair parts. They were very friendly and helpful even though they weren't making any significant profit from me. They have parts for most any window treatment you might have.
