The above review was submitted by customer that actually had the windows purchased by way of a contractor and we installed them for the contractor as a sub. We have responded to every email and tried to resolve this matter and now he is just taking it to the next level and not even wanting to handle it. We have all documentation that has cleared us with the BBB and Contractors Lic. Board.
They installed all windows but 1. They gave me the run around for months. The workman ship was poor and there were cracks in the window panes and "goo" all over my walls. Its been months and they didn't even leave a receipt. They told me they were going to come back and that was 2 months ago. I believe abandoning a job is the same as theft. Please look elsewhere as you shouldn't have to go through this.
