I love this place. I could not have been more happier. I know that the former employee has a reason why they are a former employee. They are probably upset due to the holidays. I would love to live here again. Since this summer the office has made a turn for the better. Thank you current staff for caring as much as you do.

Roof Rats invade the top floor while you have the netura rats in the lake neighbors that complain Management SUCKS security is ok we got broke our lease they told me it would cost 1500 in reletting fees took it to TAA and won my case have everthing on paper you tell management

Really nice find! the floor plan i have has a cooling problem that management did not tell me about till i complained. In their favor though, they did help me as much as possible to solve the problem. I have had no problems aside from flooding only in the front area apartments. i would recommend these apartments to a friend.

This placed used to be nice but after 3 different managers and 7 different associates in less than a year, this place is a joke.

I love the Gables Rewards programs they have. I have never lived in an apt community with this much class. The manager is so nice here. The lake is a beatiful view and I love it here that is property is so well taken care of.
