I am filing this report in regards to Bob Williams and his company Wind River Rifle.
Over two years ago, I sent my LC Smith Field Grade double-12 to Wind River for restoration. I have conferred with them several times by phone and e-mail. I sent them a shotgun for restoration work. I paid them the full amount required. They refused to return any of my phone calls or emails. I had to get ATF and local law enforcement involved to get them to send my shotgun back. Parts of the work done were unauthorized and/or wrong. They are refusing to compensate me accordingly.
