Wind River was right on time (actually 5 minutes early), very courteous and professional. I learned a lot about my septic and septic tanks in general from my conversation with the gentleman who serviced my system. This was my first experience with pumping and maintenance and I felt very good when it was over. You couldn't tell anyone had been here, it was very clean.
They come service my septic system once every 2 years. The people is very professional and friendly. I hope they can use optimow dot net to lower their cost. That would be even better.
