This is such a courteous and professional operation that has some of the best prices my hubby and I have seen in the city when it comes to emergency situations. We were lucky and had Gorge come to our rescue. What a sweet, courteous and considerate individual. He humored us with the type of lock we needed and re-keyed them to try and save us additional money. I always like working with a small business who is looking out for its customers. I'm hoping we dont get locked "in" again but if we do, these will be our go to peeps.

Excellent service! Look no further. The woman answering my call was courteous and professional. The locksmith arrived much faster than expected and finished the job within a couple of minutes. He too was was polite and professional. I would recommend them to anyone and would use them again in the future if needed, Call them they are the best Locksmith Company in Winchester, MA.

Fast, friendly, and professional. I chose Winchester Locksmiths because of their great reviews. Now I understand that these raves are well-deserved!

When I called Friday to schedule an appointment for my lock to be switched out (not an emergency), the guy on the phone was absurdly nice--like, apologized-for-putting-me-on-hold nice. He offered me an appointment slot for 9:30-10 on Saturday, and then apologized that he couldn't be more specific than that! Have these guys heard of Time Warner and their four-hour windows?

When I first saw the millions of 5-star reviews I thought "no way". But..WAY. John was friendly and funny on the phone making the appointment, showed up exactly when he said he would, did an awesome job in no time at all, and it cost exactly what he quoted me over the phone. John is a really cool guy, explained what he was doing, and put me totally at ease.
