I love Winchester lakes, I have lived here for 6 months so far. I like how relaxing it is out here, we even have our own lake for fishing! It's a wonderful place to live.

Pros

+ QUIET! CLEAN! FAMILY FRIENDLY!

Cons

- The carpet was not replaced or cleaned before I moved in.

Winchester Lakes Office lady sleps wiht her cliants and if someone is late on a payment she kicks them out but if it is one of her friends she lets them stay

I have been a resident for many many years. The staff is wonderful and helpful. I have always like my neighbors and I feel it has a great homey feeling. For being a rental community, there is minimal evening activity and is very peaceful. Great location and easy access to Downtown and local shopping.

Great Friendly staff, excellant maitenance, rent in a great price range for location property well kept, plenty of kids and all nationalities
