Today they're using a concrete saw to tear up some unit's deck.They somehow managed to book the tools and crew, but, AGAIN, can't be bothered to warn anyone affected by the noise.My god.

We have a great relationship with the staff: super helpful in the office (did you know they will FAX something for you??), and excellent response time for maintenance requests. The view from our bedroom patio is very soothing, and I enjoy the pool and hot tub as much as possible!
