I think that this place is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!. it didnt seem legit at all, Sue is on the side of who is paying her the money (the abuser, pedophile, ect) This place was an absolute joke, the safety of my child was not provided, she clearly lied about everything, there is no supervision like there is suppose to be, they dont follow their own rules and they are the ones that are suppose to be...

If I could do negative stars I would. Willwinn services lies. They violate their own contract with clients. The contract specifically states they will not visit the supervised parents or any other personal residence. More then one supervisor has taken my child to the supervised parents house and have left my child alon...e with the supervised parent. When this is pointed out to Sue the owner...

DO NOT USE WILLWIN SERVICES! CECILLIA supervisor allowed my child to be taken to her fathers home that is against the rules! They lied to us about it and covered it up in the notes because they had been going for months!

Willwin is a completely unreliable 3rd party source for parent/child visitations. The owner runs a shoddy business with unethical workers that don't know what they're doing. My guess is that they get away with it because there aren't many services like this anywhere. I would strongly suggest finding a social worker in the area or some legal aid that would be willing to document the visits...

I've used them long enough to see the good, the bad and the ugly. I agreed to temporary supervised parent time to document and protect myself against some unrelenting and completely bogus allegations from my ex. The documentation is nothing short of a JOKE. If this is what you are using it for- you need to quickly find another avenue!!!!
